What does Skullearring sell?
We sell only silver earrings and studs. The catalog includes sculptural studs, hoops, statement earrings and selected single-earring designs; we do not mix unrelated jewelry categories into the store.
What silver do you use?
Every product is based in silver. Product pages identify whether a design uses 925 sterling silver or 999 fine silver. Some pieces also use an oxidized finish, natural stones or hand-applied 24K gold inlay as decorative detail.
Does 24K gold detail mean the earring is gold-plated?
No. On products that mention 24K gold, the gold is a hand-applied decorative inlay or accent on a silver earring. Please check the material description on the individual product page.
Can I order one earring instead of a pair?
Selected designs offer both Single Earring and Pair options. Choose the available option on the product page before adding the item to your cart.
Will hand-finished pieces look exactly like the photographs?
Small differences in texture, oxidation, gold detail and natural-stone color are expected. These are normal characteristics of hand-finished silver earrings and natural materials.

Do I need an account to order?
No. Guest checkout is available. You may also register an account to view your order history more easily.
Which payment methods are accepted?
Available methods are displayed securely at checkout and may include PayPal, major credit or debit cards and supported digital-wallet options. See Payment & Checkout Information for details.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not entered packing or shipment, we will try to accommodate the request. Shipped orders cannot be cancelled.

Do you ship internationally?
We serve international destinations supported by checkout. Availability, cost and delivery estimates depend on the destination and shipping service. Review Shipping & Delivery before ordering.
How can I track my order?
When tracking becomes available, it is sent to the email address used at checkout. Visit Track Your Order or contact customer care with your order number if you need help.
Returns and Silver Care
What is the return window?
Return requests should be made within 30 days of delivery. Earrings must be unused, unworn and returned in their original condition. Please read the Refund and Returns Policy, including the hygiene conditions for earrings.
How should I care for silver earrings?
Store earrings dry and separately. Avoid perfume, chlorine, salt water, harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaning. Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth, and do not aggressively polish oxidized surfaces or textured gold details.
