Currency and Additional Charges
Website prices are displayed in the currency selected on the site. Your bank or payment provider may apply currency-conversion or international-transaction fees. Import duties and destination taxes, where applicable, are separate from payment processing.
Order Confirmation
After successful checkout, an order confirmation is sent to the email address provided. If you do not receive it, check the spam folder and confirm that the email address was entered correctly.
Payment Problems
If a payment is declined, confirm the billing details, available funds and any authorization request from your bank. You can try another method shown at checkout. Contact customer care if the order status is unclear, but never send full card details by email or through the contact form.
